Workforce Training Program Development: CynergisTek assists clilents with the development of its enterprise security awareness and training program. Program objectives will be developed, a 12-month education and training calendar of events will be documented delineating all methods and modalities that will be employed (e.g. CBT, newsletters, dedicated intranet page, traditional classroom training or presentations, new employee orientation) and employee participation tracking methods will be developed.

Seminars and Workshops: CynergisTek offers an established portfolio of 2 hour briefing presentations focused on current topics and trends in information security and compliance management. The briefings are designed for departmental managers and senior leadership but can be customized for the general workforce as well. Typically, organizations request InfoSec Briefings quarterly, but they can be requested as a standalone service or as a subscription service. Up to 2 briefings can be requested for presentation in a single day.

Webinars and Podcasts: CynergisTek will translate its seminars into webinars and podcasts to offer a convenient, repeatable channel to provide educational information to your employees and business partners. Customized webinar and podcast programs can be developed as well to meet very specific educational requirements that you may have.

Computer-based Training (CBT) Course Development: CynergisTek will provide content development support to introduce Information Security and Compliance Management computer-based training. CynergisTek will work with its eLearning business partner to develop customized CBT courses for our clients if an eLearning platform is not presently in place.

Articles and Columns: CynergisTek will author articles and columns for your organization's newsletter, magazine, intranet, or other corporate publication on information security and compliance-related topics.
