Michael H. McMillan, CISM - President and CEO
Michael "Mac" McMillan is the chief executive for CynergisTek, Inc. For more than 25 years he has served in senior level positions in both government and industry responsible for security and risk management. Mr. McMillan previously served as the National Director of Information Security at CTG, an international IT professional services and consulting firm. Prior to that, he was the senior vice president of E-Security Business Development for Dolphin.com, an e-security firm supporting government and commercial sector clients. Mr. McMillan has also served as director of security for two Department of Defense agencies, where he directed all security programs and served as the Designated Accreditation Authority (DAA) for multiple sensitive worldwide information networks and information systems. He also served in the United States Marine Corps as a Lieutenant Colonel and Intelligence Officer and is a nationally recognized speaker on information security in both the public and private sectors. Mr. McMillan has a Master of Arts in national security and strategic studies from the United States Navy War College in Newport, Rhode Island; and a Bachelor of Science degree in education from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.

Michael G. Mathews, PhD - Chief Operating and Technology Officer
Dr. Mathews is the chief operating officer for CynergisTek and directs all facets of service delivery and the day-to-day operations of the company. He is also the chief technologist and a subject matter expert in information security architecture and security assessments, risk analysis, policy development, network security, and host-based security across the financial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, transportation, publication, Internet, telecommunication, petrochemical, government, and defense industries. He is the former Chief Security Officer at Parkland Health and Hospital System. Dr. Mathews also served as the Master Security Architect for Exodus Communications and Senior Network Engineer for TRW Space & Defense, where he provided services to the United States Air Force and National Security Agency. Dr. Mathews is the author of the VISA USA Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) audit standard for third parties. He has a Ph.D. in chemical physics from Tulane University, an MBA from Ashland University, and a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and philosophy from Spring Hill College. His certifications include CCIE, CISM, CISSP, MCSE2K, RHCE, SCNA/SCSA.

Stephanie Crabb - VP Client Services
Ms. Crabb is the VP of Client Services and is responsible for client service management, quality, business development and marketing activities. Ms. Crabb has over 14 years of client service and business development experience, principally in the healthcare sector. She began her career in Medical Social Work in a large tertiary, acute care hospital in Chicago. She continued her career, with a focus on health policy, in Washington DC as an assistant project director for a large Maternal and Child Health Bureau grantee working with the American Academy of Pediatrics. Making a shift to the business community, Ms. Crabb joined the Advisory Board Company's member services division and held both regional and national account management and business development responsibilities. With the rise of IT in healthcare, Ms. Crabb joined WebMD in a regional operations management position overseeing all aspects of sales, marketing, delivery and operations. Prior to joining CynergisTek, Ms. Crabb served as a regional account director for CTG HealthCare Solutions and was also the business director for CTG's global information security practice. She holds her A.B. and A.M from the University of Chicago.
